Flagship 1:1 Mentorship Programme

Service Description

A premium 1:1 mentorship journey designed to transform how you think, consult, and perform in the SCA — not just rehearse cases. This programme goes beyond mock exams, focusing instead on communication mastery, clinical reasoning, and time efficiency under pressure. Delivered flexibly over 2–6 weeks, you’ll work directly with Dr Feroz Mavani — a practising GP partner, HEE educator, and SCA trainer — in tailored 60–90 minute sessions shaped around your exact learning needs. Each session combines targeted skill-building, live simulation, and constructive feedback you can immediately apply in real-world consultations. You’ll begin with a self-assessment questionnaire to map your learning needs and co-create a personalised plan aligned to the RCGP blueprint. After every session, you’ll receive detailed written feedback and clear, actionable strategies to build confidence, fluency, and consistency across all three SCA domains.
